Leonard Unander Associates, Inc. recently completed this custom Montecito Estate project designed by Appleton & Associates. As a Montecito Builder, LUA had the privilege to work with the Owner and Design Team on this project from the Pre-Construction phase through final close out and Post-Construction Service.
