"From the very beginning stages of digging and waterproofing our basement to the finish tile, quality work at the best "cost/value" relationship possible has always been the method of operation. Our experience with their billing process, accounting system, planning, bid tab process has been excellent. As a final note I must comment on the LUA moral compass and their level of personal and business integrity without blemish."

"We chose LUA as the builder of our dream house because we were impressed by the family nature of the firm, their long experience in Santa Barbara, their good relations with the best subcontractors, their attention to detail and their integrity. They worked closely with our architect and our rep early on the project, which enable significant cost savings via value engineering. They never deviated from the best building practices. AIA Santa Barbara | Architecture Lecture

AIA Santa Barbara and Lucifer Lighting sponsored an inspiring lecture by Michael Imber, an accomplished architect based in San Antonio, Texas.

http://www.michaelgimber.com/our-work.html

Michael's architecture is deeply rooted in the traditional styles found where his work is located. His talk included beautiful historic photographs of architecture from around the world, sketches and paintings that have inspired his work, and his own sketches and realized architecture.

The lecture was held at the Coral Casino in Montecito and was very well attended.

http://www.michaelgimber.com/our-work.html

Michael's message was "Be Yourself", and make sure the building you design represent the community and culture where they are located.
